Medical officer with a 3C rating based on Fiorina when Ripley crash landed there in an EEV in the late 22nd century. After sharing a brief romantic encounter with Ripley, he was killed by an alien right in front of her. A former morphine addict, Clemens served a seven year prison sentence on Fiorina for negligent manslaughter. He did a 36 hour shift on an ER, and got drunk. A boiler blew at a fuel plant and he was called back to deal with the 30 casualties. 11 of them died because he prescribed the wrong dosage of painkiller. Though ashamed of his past, he believed good came from it: he got off the morphine.
