The aim of AvPOE is to create a definitive resource for the Aliens versus Predator milieu, drawing on all official materials.

Although AvPOE articles should be informational, where possible they will also feature clearly-marked interpretive sections. Here authors can review popular theses on aspects of the milieu or even develop their own.

The AvPOE now has forums where authors can discuss their work, so get involved and leave your mark on the galaxies two deadliest species. Register now.

Canon vs. Non-Canon

Since there is some debate about what should, and should not be included in a project like this, we'll clarify:

We will include any and all official AvP content released. Games, comics, film and novel information. Ideally where information is coming from will be clearly marked, so as to avoid any confusion. If you see unmarked content on the site, please flag it for future reference, so we can make sure that all content is properly explained and marked. Ideally all pages will contain at least a reference to what materials were used to create the content, with fully created source pages of course.

Alien Movies Resource

In July of 2010 an agreement was made with the owner of the Aliens Movie Resource and the owner of the Aliens Versus Predator Online Encyclopedia. This agreement entails that the AvPOE has taken over all hosting duties of the AMR. If you have any questions or comments about this, please e-mail the Site Owner.
